[squid-users] Apache combined log format on Squid 2.5.12

Hi all,

I'm trying to rebuild the package for Squid 2.5.12 on Linux Ubuntu
Dapper with some modifications on Squid access.log file to generate an
Apache like combined log, it because I need to run AWStats to generate
some detailled access statistics.

I applied the patch[1] without problems on Squid 2.5.10 for Ubuntu
Breezy according by a good tutorial[2], but on Dapper it's raising some
errors and I can't to apply the patch:

Are there some modification on Squid that was made between 2.5.10 and
2.5.12 versions and may breaking it? Are there some alternative way to
do this successfully?
