Dear Ahmad,
You have to disable --enable-icmp when you compiled your
squid-2.6-Stable3.
If your server is not a production server, then I think the only way to
remove the icmpSend messages in your logs is by uninstalling and
reinstalling without the --enable-icmp option.
But I could be wrong. There might be other ways to get around your
problem.
