[squid-users] 503 Service Unavailable

HI All, I have been getting this type of error at certain sites visited. The url varies according to where the users' visited. For example as below: 503 Service Unavailable Failed to resolve the name of server www.al-azim.com to connect Is there any reconfiguration need to be done at the squid.conf? Why is it happened? Kindly help.
