I am using below /etc/squid.conf
acl SSL_ports port 443 563
acl Safe_ports port 443 563
acl CONNECT method CONNECT
acl badsites url_regex "/etc/squid/badsites"
acl src_normal_users src "/etc/squid/src_normal_users"
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access allow src_normal_users !badsites
http_access deny all
in my /etc/squid/badsites .. contained as follow:
.google.com/accounts
please help ..

Then it's perfectly normal. https can not be transparently intercepted
in a good manner.
