Looks like debug level 6 messages from HttpHeader.c. Have you set
debug_options?

need to include a stack trace. Without it nothing can be done.

Server reboots? Then it's worse than a Squid issue.. Squid issues only
cause Squid to restart..

Anything in the system logs? (messages/syslog etc).
