[squid-users] umask with 2.6stable3 on FreeBSD

Hello,

I installed squid-2.6 stable 3 on FreeBSD 4.11 and set umask to 027.
However, new files in spool have mode 0600, so I'd like to know whether it's
bug of squid, squid on FreeBSD, or it is meant this way (as long as
directive umask is describes to set minimum umask...)
