It's a quite simple one.. when logrotate has renamed the logs it must
run "squid -k rotate" to tell Squid to reopen it's log files.
To support an external tool such as logrotate renaming the logfiles you
must also set "logfile_rotate 0" in squid.conf to disable the log
rotation on "-k rotate".
