With 2.5 only URL based content filtering is practical. Most of the
available URL filters on the marked supports this.

Content based filtering looking into the actual content instead of
looking up the URL in some database is better done using an ICAP server
connecting to your Squid. ICAP is available as a patch to 2.x, or
integrated in Squid-3.
