[squid-users] 2.6.x unable to bind ICP to 127.0.0.1

Hi all,

If I set the icp_port to 127.0.0.1:3131 I get the following in
cache.log:

2006/08/11 12:20:45| Accepting ICP messages at 0.0.0.0, port 127, FD 72.

However, if I set http_port to 127.0.0.1:3129 I get the following in
cache.log:

2006/08/21 10:05:52| Accepting proxy HTTP connections at 127.0.0.1, port
3129, FD 10.

Is this by design?
