Can you give more details, please?
What is your Operating System?
Can you please put your squid.conf somewhere on the web where we can see
it? Use egrep -v '^[[:space:]]*(#|$)' squid.conf > squid.conf.txt and
put the .txt on the web somewhere.
Can you also show the output of `ifconfig` from the machine?
