Ok, I wrapped the output , so it's limited to the most important figures,
these values indicate a problem. The SQUID process
is 3Gig, if I take the units correctly. The RSS (part in mem) , is only 556Megs,
that's not good either.

Could you post the output of the :

             # free

command ?
