You don't say what you're running squid on but if it is linux (at least)
all you should need to do is specify multiple DNS servers in
resolv.conf. Our squid picks up whatever is defined there and rotates
between them as needed. Put your fastest one first as it will get the
overwhelming majority of the traffic.

Alternatively, look for dns_nameservers in squid.conf.
