Hello (Now in Plain Text),
I am Justin Carlson working in a division of Amazon.com that routes contacts to the different divisions, we have had two or so network engineers look at the problem and they have not been able to figure out the issue. I would like to post/request information from the people who are having problems accessing the Amazon site. If you feel it would be more helpful to just post an article what I am after is:
Squid Version(s) that is not able to access the site:
Your Config file if willing to part with it.
A very basic network diagram showing the setup (IE -> Proxy -> Amazon) (IE-> Proxy -> Gaurds etc -> Amazon).
Number of users / computers affected.
With this information and a few examples I can cram the problem down a throat with enough force to get some really pro-active action, right now I need more information than seems to be in the mailing lists. I have been working with Dan Kern, and would like to get a slightly wider audience with to solve this problem. \
Thanks a Lot,
Justin Carlson
P.S. Mailing directly to my juscar@amazon.com should work just fine.
