I am using Squid + Gansguardian + ClamaV on a 155M pipe with approximately
10Mb HTTP traffic and our Dell 6650 2G Ram Dual Intel(R) Xeon(TM) MP CPU
2.70GHz is running at an avg 40% CPU

This should give you an idea of what kind of box you need to support your
traffic.
