[squid-users] Cachemgr of Windows 2003 Server

I am having trouble accessing the cache manager for SquidNT on my Windows
2003 server. I have installed squid 2.5 stable10-NT and have allowed access
to the cachemgr from localhost in my conf file. I have apache running on
port 8080 and squid running on port 80 on the same machine. Are there any
tricks to access it on a Windows machine, maybe I'm missing something? I
put http://localhost/cachemgr.cgi into Internet Explorer, and
http://127.0.0.1/cachemgr.cgi. I get Invalid URL while trying to retrieve
the URL: /cachemgr.cgi.

Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.
