[squid-users] "Could not start SquidNT on local computer"

"error 1067: The process terminated unexpectantly."

I managed to get the squid Tom had recommended squid2.5
Stable7-NT installed on my XP professional.

However, it fails to start with the above errors.

what am i missing?
