[squid-users] Unable to forward this request at this time.

Hello, I am kind of new on squid and I need some help.
I installed squid-3.0-PRE3-20050610 on FEDORA CORE 3
and I configured the squid.conf to the best of my
knowledge, Squid process ID starts ok, but I am having
the following error from the web browser.
 
While trying to retrieve the URL:
http://192.168.0.2:9090/

The following error was encountered:

    * Unable to forward this request at this time.

This request could not be forwarded to the origin
server or to any parent caches. The most likely cause
for this error is that:

    * The cache administrator does not allow this
cache to make direct connections to origin servers,
and
    * All configured parent caches are currently
unreachable.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.
