Conn. reset is fairly normal if remote servers abort the
connection. I see it alot too.
Queue congestion is also a bit normal after a recent restart
probably due to cache maintenance.
The basic question is : is the initial problem gone
(Squid stops responding).
Normally, it should be, when there are no FATAL errors in
cache.log ?
