The default is the native log format, but you can switch to NCSA style log
format with emulate_httpd_log.

Both of these logs the authenticated userid.

If you want to change the log format then you need to apply the custom log
formats patch from devel.squid-cache.org. This allows you to change the
log format to pretty much anything you like as long as the data is
available to Squid.
