Squid 2.5 Stable 9 compiled with:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --disable-ident-lookups --enable-ssl
--with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl --enable-useragent-log
--enable-referer-log --enable-storeio=ufs,null --disable-internal-dns
We also have hosts_file /etc/hosts uncommented in /etc/hosts.
AFAIK, the problem is it finds the real www.example.com in dns before it
checks /etc/hosts and
we don't want it to look at dns at all, for anything.
