[squid-users] Authenitication Helper not working

I've written my own authentication helper program to provide
authentication for squid but the log file reports.

I've tried it changing the file permissions to rwx, setuid.
I've tried changing the ownership to squid.squid all result in the same
error.

The program works correctly when it is run outside of squid.
