[squid-users] blocking internet application files?

dear list,

is there a way to allow only iexplorer.exe application for my user to access
squid box.

suppose i only want to run internet explorer on my user computers. no msn no
yahoo no any other internet application. only and only iexplorer for
browsing internet.

what is the best config for squid.conf what and where i add/edit in
squid.conf

acl myusers src 192.168.100.0/255.255.255.0
