[squid-users] Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE8-RC2-20050127

I have compiled squid as

Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE8-RC2-20050127
configure
options: --enable-kill-parent-hack --enable-ssl --with-openssl --enable-x-a
ccelerator-vary

my squid.conf is -

cache_peer mail.xyz.com parent 80 0 no-query proxy-only login=PASS
front-end-https=on
https_port 10.1.1.110:443 cert=/usr/local/ssl/mail.xyz.com.crt
key=/usr/local/ssl/mail.xyz.com.key
visible_hostname Squid-Rev
httpd_accel_host mail.xyz.com
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_single_host on
http_access allow all

I am accelerating OWA of Exchnage 2003. When I do https://mail.xyz.com I get
to see the SSL certificate and get authentication windows but after getting
two frames of OWA I get - "Opeartion cancelled"

Why is this happening???? I have already broken my head with
Squid-3-PRE3 -No snapshots and with latest snapshots. I kept on facing one
problem or other.
