This is a samba ntlm blob parsing failure. I submited a bug to Andrew
Bartlett.
To shut up the messages, add the line
log level = 0
To your [global] section of smb.conf
Stop squid, stop winbindd, stop nmbd, start nmbd, start winbindd and
start your squid. Your cache.log no longer has these reports.
