Note: To use the CONNECT method the security of your Squid proxy
configuration needs to be significantly reduces, allowing the HTTP proxy
to be abused for pretty much any type of TCP client->server traffic.

Not last time I checked the capabilities of MSIE. This only allows you to
at all reach FTP sites via an HTTP proxy.
