[squid-users] delete one item from the cache

I need to delete one particular address from the cache .. but don't know
how. The problem is that when the user goes to http://theaddressinquestion
it used to redirect to http://theaddressinquestion/manager.html but now it
is supposed to redirect to http://theaddressinquesion/index.html . This
works from outside the proxy, but for people using the proxy it still goes
to the manager page. Any idea's how to fix this.
