[squid-users] what's wrong with it?

Hello,

I have recently installed Squid on my Server system and After putting
the load on the server, I get nothing in access log but logs like
this:

Everyone can see that instead of complete URL , there is only the
requested file name in access log and that "NONE" instead of "GET,
TCP_HIT" and Others.

I am running Squid2.5-STABLE3 RPM on RHEL
and my Squid.conf looks like this

This server ip 192.168.0.5, the LAN users 192.168.0.0 users are not
able to browse web pages and the Error Page says that no hostname
was present in the URL only the file name.

I am running a CISCO router next to this server machine which then
forwards my traffic to NET-Cloud.

Any help in this regard will be appericiated.
