Someone dislikes you very much when you go via the proxy, forcing Squid to
terminate the request.

This someting can be anything in the path between your Squid and the
origin server

    - LAN Firewall
    - Internet Firewall
    - Web server firewall
    - Web server

To try to isolate the problem, do you experience this problem when
uploading files to all sites, or just some?
