[squid-users] Apply new patch to Squid

Hi all,

How can I apply this brand new patch to correct the Squid NTLM
Authentication Denial of Service Vulnerability?
I've downloaded the patch... But do I really need to apply to the source
code and then run configure... again?
Is there na "easy" way to do this?
Is there a way to apply the correction directly to already running
Squid?
