Nothing, i have not found any entry about those images, which are not
loaded. It seems like client does not ask for it. But there is not a
reason why.

As you asked before, my proxy works for 20 users and is running 17 days
from reinitialization of cache riresctories. Before that, it ran more
than two years and all time i have same problem. Speed of line was grow
up, machine power grow up but problem persist. I'm doing something
wrong, or something i can't see, so problem persist. And i saw, that it
realy happen ;-)
I saw the same problem description in archive, but no answer :-(

Squid is version squid-2.4.STABLE7-4 RH 8 last updated from Fedora
Legacy, kernel 2.4.20-30.8.legacy
