Of course I was thinking about this, see below for explanation

As long as RAM usage depends on number of files in cache, increasing
maximum storage size will lower the number of files in cache and thus
decrease the memory consumption. Also, with LFUDA replacement policy it
will increate the byte hit radio.

So, two steps I mentioned could increase cache effectiveness, which of
course higly depends on what maximum_object_size currently used. IF it's
let's say 4MB, it really could be increased to sizes I mentioned.

I have maximum storage size of 20MB and I will probably increase it next
time I get to some simple analysis of cache usage. Last time I checked the
usage I saw that 20MB was the highest file size that was downloaded more
than once...
