tcpdumps are out of sync.
Shortly (less than a second) after S (start) packet is sent from client
to proxy, proxy shall send S to server. I can't see that in your dumps.
Please capture complete tcpdumps (with -n) on both
cilent <---> proxy and proxy <---> server links.
Make sure your boxes have syncronized time.
No linewraps please.
