[squid-users] cachemgr question

hi all

i am running squid 2.5.stable5 on redhat 9.
squid is working great.....but i can't get my cachemgr to work.

i have installed apache, made the neccessary changes to httpd.conf

i can see the log in page (see below)

This is a WWW interface to the instrumentation interface for the Squid
object cache.

Cache Port:
Manager name:
Password:

but am not sure what username and password
to insert

and regardless fo what i insert into these fields, i get the ff error
msg
