[squid-users] WCCP cache issue?

I am running squid 2.5 stable 6 on RH 7.3 and have compiled in the
ip_wccp.o module on kernel 2.4.18-27-7.x. I have a single 2600 Cisco that
is configured to use wccp v1 to talk to my linux machine. I set up the
squid proxy with the directions found in the FAQ.

The problem is this:

When I attempt to go to a website from the machine running squid/wccp, I
can surf the internet freely. When I attempt to access the internet from a
different machine, I cannot bring up any pages unless the page is already
in the cache. (The reason I think this - i.e. If I access google.com from
the squid/wccp cache, then move to another machine and attempt to access
google.com I will get the page. If I try going to yahoo.com from a remote
machine the request will hang). When I bring up the pages that appear to
be in the cache, I see the GRE traffic from the router to the Linux
server. For the 'hung' connections I see nothing. Has anyone seen this
before? Is it an access-list type of issue? What is the best way to
troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

D
