My side is the one using proxy.pmi.co.zw 80 for our browsing.What I want to
do is to configure the client squid squid.client.co.zw to access our squid
such that browsing will be a lot faster.

can you access it?
can you access their port 3128?
do they allow access teir proxy from your proxy?
