[squid-users] Delay Pool Config (Scenario)

I would like to implement Squid – Delay pool in the following scenario

1. Configure a upstream proxy for 3 sites
2. Total bandwidth 2MB (Leased)
3. Total Subnets (16 ) C Class
4. Three Remote location with their own Proxy Servers
a. Site 1 : 10 subnets
        i. One of the subnet from this site should have a priority of high
speed browsing
        ii. Speed Limit : 512
b. Site 2: 5 subnets
        i. Speed Limit : 512
c. Site 3: 1 subnets
        i. Speed Limit: 512
My goal is to achieve:
            1.         1.5MB b/w for Browsing (for all)
            2.         512 KB for each site
            3.         Provision for defining particular ACL for VIP clients
for high speed browsing from any Site or any Subnet. (either using Client IP
or UserID)

Please reply with examples.
