Squid-2.5.STABLE can not initiate SSL connections.

Squid-3.0 or Squid-2.5.STABLE+ssl update can initiate SSL connections. In
Squid-3.0 the configuration of accelerators is more natural, but Squid-2.5
basically requires the help of a redirector to do this correctly as the
SSL update is just an SSL update, not a reverse-proxy update..
