Looks like a broken/malfunctioning web server which for some unknown rason
dislikes Squid.
Sometimes it is possible to find workarounds to broken servers but not
always. To find a workaround you must first identify exacly what it is the
server dislikes. This is most easily done by capturing two requests for
the URL, one via Squid and the other direct. Then use netcat to send
variants of these requests until you find what it is the server dislikes.
