[squid-users] ICAP support dose not work in squid 2.5 stable 4 & 5

I installed and configured TrendMicro Interscan Web Security Suite ICAP Server, and configured squid to use it. After several requests the squid server generated an error: <ICAP server unreachable>.

This situation occurred in squid 2.5 stable 4 & 5, but not occurred in previous releases (I checked stable 1 & 3).
Here are the ICAP settings in Squid config:
icap_enable on
icap_preview_enable off
icap_preview_size -1
icap_check_interval 5
icap_send_client_ip on
icap_send_auth_user off
icap_auth_scheme Local://%u
icap_service s1 respmod_precache 0 icap://<removed>:1344/interscan
icap_service s2 reqmod_precache 0 icap://<removed>:1344/REQ-Service
icap_class c1 s2 s1
icap_access c1 allow all

P.S. For ICAP Server 1.0 from Network Appliance, Inc. the result is the same.
