Try replacing LDAP_OPT_SUCCESS with 0

The LDAP_OPT_SUCCESS return value seems to be an OpenLDAP extension not
documented in the Internet draft LDAP C-API document.

This applies to both squid_ldap_auth and squid_ldap_group.
