0.0.0.0 port 3128 simply means that Squid is listening on all IP addresses
assigned to the machine it is running on. Perfectly normal.
What did you put in your squid.conf for "http_access allow"?
(In the section which says "Insert your own rule(s) here to allow access from
your clients".)
