Yes.
httpd_accel_host your.main.web.site
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on
Then place all the domains you are accelerating in /etc/hosts with the
IP addresses of the real servers, and set up access controls to only
allow access to your real servers.
acl ourservers dst ip.of.real.server ip.of.another.server ...
acl port80 port 80
acl http protocol http
http_access allow http port80 ourservers
http_access deny all
