Nothing obvious in that log, except that the timestamps looks very even
(13:30:51, 14:30:03, 15:15:02)
Are you sure there is no other client periodically forcing a
revalidation of this URL?
Note: Your refresh patterns is still limited by the max age of 1 day..
(1440 minutes), but this is not what is causing these objects to be
refreshed in the cache.
