To be honest with you the Squid developers blindly ignore whatever you
assign as level or priority of a Squid bug report. Not because we
ignore you, but our opinion of priority and severity is often very
different from that of the bug reporter.

Squid bug reports is used by the developers primarily as a tool for
improving the Squid code and keeping track of issues to make sure
they are not forgotten and to avoid duplicate work in correcting the
same issues, not primarily as a support service.

As the Squid project does not have any hired persons or budget for
hiring a person, bug reports are solely processed by spare time
developers when they have spare time to spend on fixing Squid bugs.
Because of this there can not be any kind of warranty on when/how a
report will be processed or fixed.

Note: If you are in need of a support service beyond what is provided
on squid-users then I strongly advice to investigate one of the many
commercial Squid support services. But please continue sending in
Squid bug reports on any issues you find.

Henrik
