From what your saying, i guess u have to re-write squid itself!

on the other hand, am having a similar problem but for a different purpose I
want to filter http traffic, and I have been pointed to the possibilty of
using ICAP server and client, as you noted, squid passess the request, but
this time, in my case, thru ICAP which communicates with spamassassin to
filter SPAM mails before the leave my network.

and write now, am pouring thru squid code to understand how to get it, ICAP
and spamassassin to communicate, talk about hair pulling!
