I've installed a squid server with a debian stable distribution on a P100 with
32Mb ram and 4Gb disk.
I've setup ncsa authentication and it works good, but i need to totaly disable
caching and memory use, this means that i need the proxy only to do
authentication and logging, no caching or memory usage, the pc will not
support this (for a 100 user's network).
How can i disable this functions to reduce at the minimum the memory/disk/cpu
usage (even advantages of proxy) ?
Regards.
