Extremely nothing... your Squid is effectively not having any cache at
all for the traffic you have as your cache size is way to small to allow
for any reuse of the cached content. With this cache size you could just
as well run without any cache.
Still my question remains: Do you get anything in cache.log when the
proxy "hangs"?
