Now works, I've make the follows steps:

1. remove all squid binary and directory.
2. execute "make" comand into source directory and after "make install".
3. modify squid.conf
4. execute squid.

I think that some binary of the previous compilation with authentication
NCSA, with which I've problems, had not been replaced with the previous
installation.
