You need to reconfigure the browser to automatically log off the user
when idle.
There is nothing Squid can do about this. The browser logs in to Squid
on each and every request, the only reason why you do not see login
prompts all the time is because the browser remembers the login+password
for you for a unspecified period of time up to the browser.
Both MSIE and Mozilla have settings to automatically forget the
login+password after certain inactivity IIRC. For MSIE the setting is
somewhat hidden in the registry, for Mozilla I do not know.
