The browser MUST be configured to use a proxy if Squid is to be used for
fetching ftp:// URLs.
If the browser is not configured to use a proxy then the browser will
open a FTP session, which requires a FTP proxy to be proxied. Squid is
NOT a FTP proxy. Squid is a HTTP proxy.
